Subscribe to Tax Calendar

Stay organized with upcoming federal tax deadlines. Subscribe using the link below to automatically add important tax dates to your preferred calendar app. The calendar is pre-loaded with deadlines through 2028 and is a static ICS file hosted directly on our site.

Outlook (365, Desktop, Web, Mobile)

  1. Open Outlook and go to Calendar.
  2. Choose "Add calendar" → "Subscribe from web" (or "From Internet..." in older desktop versions).
  3. Paste the calendar URL above and click "Import".

Apple Calendar (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

  1. Mac: Choose File → New Calendar Subscription.
  2. iPhone / iPad: Tap "Calendars" at the bottom → "Add Calendar" → "Add Subscription Calendar".
  3. Paste the calendar URL above and subscribe.

Google Calendar

  1. Go to Google Calendar on the web.
  2. Click "+" next to "Other calendars" on the left sidebar.
  3. Choose "From URL", paste the calendar URL above, and click "Add calendar".

Any calendar application that supports ICS or iCal subscription URLs can use this calendar. The file includes pre-calculated federal tax deadlines for 2025 through 2028, adjusted for weekends. Contact us if you have questions about a specific deadline.
